Independently developed as a material management platform tailored for the PCB and FPC industries, Amiba WMS realizes full digital control over material receiving, issuing, storage and inspection, alongside precise lot-level traceability.
The system enables flexible configuration of multiple warehouses and storage locations. Master material data covers key attributes including part number, specifications, safety stock and shelf life, with complete correlation to supplier profiles. For receiving operations, warehouse staff scan QR codes on outer material cartons via PDA. The system automatically parses critical data such as supplier information, part codes and batch numbers, matches records against purchase orders, and generates receiving documents. For materials subject to incoming quality inspection, the system auto-generates IQC inspection tasks upon receipt. Inspection results are fed back in real time; materials failing inspection approval are blocked from material issuing processes.
Two outbound modes are available: production material requisition and inter-warehouse transfer. Shop floors submit requisition requests via ERP, and warehouses complete issuing after approval. Transfer outbound handles stock movement across different warehouses. The system enforces strict FIFO (First-In, First-Out) rules, automatically locking batches to be issued based on receiving timestamps. Warehouse operators cannot bypass this constraint, eliminating expired material waste and biased manual batch selection at the system level.
Internal warehouse operations including location transfer, stocktaking and scrap disposal are all operable on PDAs, with data synchronized to ERP instantly. Built-in low-stock alerts and shelf-life expiry notifications trigger automatic reminders when inventory falls below safety thresholds or materials near expiration, supporting procurement replenishment and slow-moving material clearance decisions.
Seamlessly integrated with Amiba ERP on a unified data platform, Amoeba WMS synchronizes receiving, issuing and inventory data in real time with accounts payable and cost accounting modules. It delivers accurate material consumption data for financial settlement, forming a closed data loop linking warehouse operations and business decision-making.

Amiba WMS with over a decade of deep cultivation in the circuit board industry, Amiba WMS comes pre-built with industry-specific material label templates and QR code encoding rules, covering specification, batch, shelf life and other fields for all material types including base materials, coverlays, chemical liquids and auxiliary supplies. The system natively supports unit conversion logic for boards counted by rolls or sheets, and accommodates special inventory scenarios unique to the FPC sector such as customer-supplied materials and outsourced materials. It can go live quickly and deliver tangible benefits without lengthy complicated configuration.
Amiba WMS supports multi-dimensional real-time inventory inquiry, enabling precise filtering by warehouse, storage location, material part number, batch number, receiving date and other criteria. The system automatically triggers replenishment reminders when stock volume drops below the safety stock threshold. Active alerts will also pop up for materials approaching their shelf-life expiration dates. This assists the procurement team in timely schedule adjustment and helps warehouses dispose of slow-moving materials promptly, minimizing capital occupation tied up in inventory.
Amiba WMS as an integral component of the Digital Amiba Ecosystem, Amiba WMS natively integrates with Amiba ERP, MES, APS and other software products under one unified platform. Receiving data from procurement flows automatically into the accounts payable module, while production material withdrawal records are automatically consolidated for order cost accounting. When MES records material consumption on the production line, the system automatically verifies the validity of material batches. Warehouses are no longer information blind spots within the factory; instead, they serve as a core digital hub spanning the entire value chain, supplying precise material cost data to support corporate operational decision-making.
Amiba WMS solidifies standardized management protocols as mandatory system rules, including FIFO implementation, batch traceability, shelf-life control, and mandatory quality inspection prior to stock receipt. When warehouse staff scan codes via PDA, the system automatically identifies and locks the earliest received batches for issuing. Operators are blocked from bypassing inspection procedures to force stock entry or mistakenly dispatch expired materials, completely eliminating warehouse operation risks arising from human error.
