The system supports automatic parsing of Gerber files, swiftly extracting critical process parameters including hole sizes, line width & spacing, and stack-up structures. These data are auto-imported into the intelligent quotation module to eliminate manual data entry work. During MI compilation, the system provides process parameter templates, automatic material nesting, and one-click replication for similar product models, enabling engineers to finish manufacturing instructions efficiently. The built-in MI self-check rule engine automatically verifies key constraints during review, such as the matching relationship between hole size and board thickness, and the rationality of line width versus copper weight. Alerts pop up immediately upon detecting anomalies, effectively blocking design defects from flowing into production.

Once MI review is completed, the system automatically calculates consumption of main materials, auxiliary materials and tooling based on preset BOM algorithm rules, generates material lists and synchronizes data to ERP, preventing wrong or missing material issues at the source. For customer design changes, the system enables closed-loop full lifecycle management from ECR to ECN. The entire change workflow — including request initiation, handling, and global impact disposition for boards in production, stock and outsourced fabrication — runs entirely within the system.
