In process circulation, incomplete prior processes or unqualified parameters will trigger mandatory interception to eliminate risks of wrong material usage and station skipping. Scrap data is automatically categorized across multiple dimensions such as process, defect type and order. Daily, weekly and monthly quality reports are auto-generated to supply complete data for quality analysis and continuous improvement.

Each product is assigned a unique identification label, bound throughout production with critical information including material batches, equipment parameters, operators and production timestamps. One-click export of full-process traceability reports is supported to meet customer factory audit standards. Furthermore, Amoeba MES achieves seamless integration with Amoeba ERP. Workshop data such as output, working hours and scrap quantities are synchronized in real time to the financial costing module for accurate order cost aggregation.
